Abstract: The aim of this chapter is to research potentials for attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI) into agricultural and food processing sector of Serbia. The special methodology was designed for the purpose of this research. The methodology was based on integrated vertical and horizontal approach, which provides analysis of agricultural and food processing sector up to the sub-sector level (wheat processing, industrial plant processing, confectionary sector, fodder, fruit and vegetables processing, production of wine and distillates and processing of products of animal origin). The survey was carried out on the sample of 150 companies per set criteria (raw material base, production facilities, property transformation, and availability of staff).
