Exploration of the “Bank Consortium†and Shenxin’s Controlled Cotton Mills

Abstract: Shenxin Textile Company’s involvement in management by other enterprises since its establishment was a special period witnessed by the textile industry. In this study, we analyzed and evaluated the Shenxin textile sector and the bank consortium by studying the interaction between them, as well as the characteristics of society and the attitudes of the national government at that time.
