Abstract: If IT enterprise wants to acquire long-term development, it must solve the problem of people first. The establishment of “people oriented†value system is the important content in the cultural construction of IT enterprise. This article will primarily discuss main contents and factors which should be considered in the establishment of “people oriented†value system in IT enterprise.
