Research on Evaluation of Technological Innovation Ability about Guangxi Non-Ferrous Metal Industry based on RBF Neural Network

Abstract: This paper made an analysis about advantage and disadvantage of Guangxi non-ferrous metal industry. Based on the RBF neural network model, the paper then gave an evaluation of technological innovation ability about non-ferrous metal industry in Guangxi. And then, the paper proposed some suggestions how to better develop non-ferrous metal industry in Guangxi.
