Modern Applied Science, 2014, vol. 8, issue 3, 217

Abstract: In order to realize the real-time monitoring of temperature, wireless temperature sensor network is put in the temperature-measuring point in the substation, and then it is transit to the base station through wireless transmission. Finally, by the base station, it is transmit to the management center through the electric power communication network. The temperature management software monitors the temperature timely, visually displays and alarm linkage etc.al. Indoor and outdoor experiments show that the system operates reliably and has good effects, which can accurately realize the online temperature monitoring in a substation.
