Abstract:
Recent advances in wireless and mobile communications infrastructure are enabling governments to deliver and manage services to citizen efficiently and economically and have transformed their services. Effectiveness and benefits of mobile phone technologies appeared more than expected. Mobile government provides this ability to governments. This paper presents the analysis (identification and ranking) of strategic and organisational factors of mobile government by using fuzzy approach. The data was analysed using fuzzy Delphi method (to identification) and fuzzy AHP (to ranking the identified factors). The results indicated that organisational factor has a higher priority than strategic factors.
