Abstract:
The present study aimed is analysis of causal relationship between factors affecting the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning using intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL using case studies in Esfahan Steel Company. Effective factors on successful implementation of enterprise resource planning were determined by reviewing literature and similar studies and interviewing company experts. Accordingly, the eight factors were identified. On the basis of determinate factors, a questionnaire was designed based on DEMATEL technique and administered to all experts to explain the relationships between those factors. After data were collected, the importance of assessments provided by experts was explained and comments from them were addressed using intuitionistic fuzzy entropy. Finally intuitionistic fuzzy based DEMATEL technique was used to show causal relationships.
