Abstract:
The article studies the approaches towards the execution of the national economic policy within the national project 'Digital Economy of the Russian Federation'. The central pillar of the study is an attempt to define the 'push-factors' of the national socio-economic development by the stimulation of specific sectors of the economy that can be considered to be a part of the domain of the digital economy. An applied part of the article studies the use of a modified production function for the ICT branch.
