Cryptocurrency adoption and acceptance: a literature survey analysis

Abstract: Cryptocurriences are the emerging investment tools which are creating an impact in global trade market, which enables the investors and buyers through secured and decentralised transaction method. The crypocurrencies are exchanged at the rate of fiat currencies in the trade markets. Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and it revolutionised the parameters of the previous investment and transaction procedures. Its operations are based on a peer-to-peer network and are secured with cryptographic algorithms, which further functions with the block chain technology. This paper is a literature review, which refers the emergence, growth and the challenges of bitcoin and how it sustained in the global market. Based on the available literatures the paper has been framed as an overview of cryptocurrencies and bitcoin.
