Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of low planning efficiency and long traffic time existing in the traditional traffic flow dynamic distribution planning method, a new dynamic distribution planning method of urban ecological highway network traffic flow based on blockchain technology is proposed. The blockchain technology is used to store the traffic flow information of the urban ecological highway network, to construct the dynamic distribution planning model of the traffic flow of the highway network, to solve the dynamic planning model of the traffic flow of the urban ecological highway network by using the genetic algorithm, to obtain the dynamic planning results of the traffic flow, and to complete the dynamic distribution planning of the traffic flow of the urban ecological highway network. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high planning efficiency and short traffic time, and the shortest planning time is only 1.7 min.
