International Journal of Management Concepts and Philosophy, 2022, vol. 15, issue 2, 173-197

Abstract: Nowadays, cost, quality, responsiveness, design and delivery have an effect on production strategies. Organisations have achieved these goals by adopting productive practices such as concurrent engineering, eliminating defects, etc. This work seeks to meet the expectations of academics and industrialists who examine the effect of manufacturing facilities, on which industry's success depends. This study involves the fuzzy evaluation based on fuzzy MDEMATEL and modified fuzzy VIKOR methods for industries. Further, two case studies have been conducted in four-wheeler and two-wheeler manufacturing unit for evaluating the results obtained from fuzzy techniques.
