An overview of research issues on family businesses in China

Abstract: This overview is based substantially on a speech given at the 2010 Family Business Forum of the International Family Enterprise Research Academy at Zhuhai, China. Its purpose is to outline what the authors believe are the most important and distinctive research issues about family firms in China.
