Impact of corporate culture on resources sharing between enterprises

Abstract:
The specific influence of corporate culture on the subjects of resources sharing is pointed out, through the study of impact of corporate culture on resources sharing behaviour in all aspects including material level, behaviour level, institution level and core value level of corporate culture in this article. On this basis, we discuss how to perfect corporate culture for promoting resources sharing between enterprises. It can be concluded that corporate culture has a great impact on resources sharing, which will lead enterprises to upgrade resources sharing effectively.
