Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy of product risk assessment and reduce time costs, a cross-border e-commerce product risk assessment method based on social network analysis is proposed. Firstly, based on the structural model of cross-border e-commerce systems, social network analysis is used to construct user product trust and calculate user ratings for the products. Secondly, based on the scoring calculation results, a risk assessment index system is constructed for cross-border e-commerce products. Finally, the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weights of evaluation indicators, and the product risk membership degree is calculated based on the weight results to complete the grading evaluation of product risks. The experimental results indicate that compared to existing risk assessment methods, this method can improve the accuracy of product risk assessment while reducing time costs.
