Abstract: Lean manufacturing (LM) is a philosophy that has gained popularity in recent years as a way to achieve business goals. LM is a combined system whose main focus is on the removal of waste by simultaneously reducing or minimising suppliers, customers, and internal waste. This paper presents a case study of a manufacturing company that implemented lean tools to improve their production process and eliminate problems. The aim of this research study is to distinguish between the working parameters as well as working conditions within the industry at the present time that is before implementation of LM and also to know the change in the working capacity and conditions of the plant itself after the changes made through LM tools and techniques. The results of this study showed that the implementation of these lean tools led to significant improvements in the production process, including eliminating the time consuming tasks, which saved lot of time by reducing the idle time during production.
