Abstract:
Today, due to the unstable environmental conditions some concepts such as knowledge management, competitive intelligence and competitive advantage have attracted researchers' attention. In this study, the goal is to explore these concepts and propose differences between the present mode and the ideal mode. Data collection is performed through the library, experimental and use of questionnaires. The method is semi-experimental and to clarify the desired outcomes, pre-test and post test are used. For this study, two groups of samples including theoreticians and experts and executives of small and medium enterprises are used. Further, this work is quite applied and by comparing the existing mode to the ideal one. An appropriate solution for better performance to the executive is presented. This study is absolutely new on its own in Iran.
