Abstract:
Tourism is an important economic sector in Indonesia. This research is interested to study especially in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is causal research with 250 respondents. The result shows that eight hypotheses are supported while two hypotheses are rejected. The rejected hypotheses are the effect of destination appearance and reputation to perceived value. The biggest influence in creating revisit intention is the perceived value because the compatibility between the health protocols required by the government and the protocols applied at tourist sites is the first and most important impression for customers.
Keywords: quality of touristic service; destination appearance; emotional experience; reputation; monetary cost; non-monetary cost; perceived value; satisfaction; revisit intention. (search for similar items in EconPapers)
