Big data and the internet of things as milestones of development of international trade in hi-tech markets based on intellectual machines: financial barriers and solutions to overcome them

Abstract:
This paper aims to determine clear target milestones of the progress of big data and the Internet of Things for the development of international trade in hi-tech markets and to determine financial barriers on the path of distribution of intellectual machines and solutions to overcome them. The originality of this paper consists in the following: attention is paid to a new, insufficiently studied, aspect of managing the development of international trade in hi-tech markets based on intellectual machines. Proposed recommendations on overcoming the financial barriers to dissemination of Big Data and the Internet of Things will allow achieving progress of international trade in hi-tech markets based on intelligent machines in developed countries up to 10.16th position (by 95.98%) and in developing countries up to 6.17th position (by 62.385%).
