Abstract:
The article presents the development of the world cocoa beans market during 2012 and projections for 2013. In 2012, the international cocoa beans prices declined sharply (- about 19%), reflecting the oversupply (the production was 5% larger than consumption). The projections for 2013 wil depend on the climateric conditions and their impact over the world production.
