Abstract:
The world crude steel production ( 65 countries ), rose with 1,4% in 2013 (1.583 million tonnes) comparative with 2012 (1.548 million tonnes), confirm World Steel Association-WSA. The first producer of world is China, with 779 million tonnes in 2013 comparative 717 million tonnes in 2012 (+8,7%). The world steel consumption was 1.475 million tonnes in 2013 comparative 1.430 million tonnes in 2012 (+3,1%). The first consumer was China with 700 million tonnes in 2013 comparative 660 million tonnes in 2012 (+6,0%).
