Conjunctura economiei mondiale / World Economic Studies, 2015

Abstract: The article analyzes the evolution of the economic iem:conjununcture in 2014 and the prospects for 2015-2016. According with the “European Economic Forecast –Spring 2015†, despite a less dynamic external demand, the real GDP growth in Poland was strong in 2014, given that the pace of growth was double than in 2013. Growth is expected to remain at a similar level over the period 2015-2016, supported by a solid internal demand, the improvements in the labor market, the increasing disposable income. Also, it is estimated that the public finances will improve in Poland during in the same period. The author presents the main pillars of the economic growth in Poland and the prospects for a sustainable economic growth.
