Abstract:
According to the chief economist of OECD appraisals, Catherine L. Mann, exposed in the traditional Economic Report no. 99, the OECD area as a whole economic growth was up slightly in 2015, after slowing the pace in 2012-2014 amid to deflation establishment in most member countries and the slowdown of international trade. In 2016 the OECD experts predict a new economic downturn for all 35 member countries, while by 2017, according to recent forecasts, there will be a slight acceleration of economic growth compared to 2016 for the whole OECD, due to global economic growth and the increase of the volume of international trade.
