Abstract:
The article presents the concept and evolution of the telework process seen as an integral part of the fundamental changes that currently characterize the structure of the european and global labor markets. The pandemic has accelerated the digitalization process, and the combination of new technologies with changing attitudes towards work influences the modeling of the work process and productivity, as well as the expansion of telework that can lead to changing cultural and organizational norms.
