IMPACT ANALYSIS OF THE TELEWORKING SYSTEM ON PRODUCTIVITY AND COMPETITIVENESS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract: Extending teleworking system is the direct result of the pandemic crisis, as a consequence ofphysical distance and mobility restrictions. This regime is now imposed by reality, but its regularadoption, the rearrangement of systems around this concept, and the organization of work in such away to facilitate remote work, could be the framework for increasing productivity in the future. Throughthis research, we aim to individualize the knowledge factor in the process, whether it comes from thehuman factor, from the machine, technology, or whether it is tangible or intangible knowledge, publicor private. In this way we can create a working environment more adapted to the current globalsituation. Through this approach, we try to create a specific tool to highlight the role of knowledge, bycreating an integrative process in which knowledge is transformed through creativity, innovation andentrepreneurship in order to increase productivity and competitiveness.
