Abstract: The logistics industry is facing challenges such as structural adjustments, industrial optimization, cost reductions, and efficiency improvements, as well as development opportunities such as information technology, smart logistics, and market upgrading. Urban distribution has become an indispensable part of the domestic logistics market, playing an increasingly important role in the urban economy and residents' lives. This research focused on urban supermarket delivery, combined with practical situations, aiming to solve the problems of optimizing traditional routes and vehicle loading. Optimization of delivery routes is a crucial aspect of optimizing the entire delivery network. Reasonably determining the delivery route, taking the shortest distance, spending the least cost, going through the least links, and delivering goods to users at the fastest speed have become key factors in reducing operating costs and improving customer satisfaction.
