Abstract: This article relates relevant aspects of business: logistics, innovation, female participation and multicriteria models. One issue that is paying close attention is the participation of women in different social spheres, including business. On the other hand, logistics is related to practically all areas of an organization, which can be visualized, when studying it supported, in the Logistics Model Based on Positions (MoLoBaC). There are other models that interest this work, such as multicriteria models, in particular the multiattribute models with multiplicative factors (MMcFm). Also, companies maintain and prosper thanks to their ability to manage innovation. The confluence of these four fields of knowledge generates the general objective of this research: Use of the different areas of the logistics model based on positions to measure, through a multiattribute model, the female participation in logistics, having as a thread the innovation processes.
