Abstract: This study examines the cultural influences on the time perceptions and experiences of migrant women who have settled and are working in a foreign country. These perceptions and experiences are explained through the Heideggerian perspective, which serves as the primary theoretical framework for this study. The findings demonstrate that native culture drives perceptions and experiences of time, leading migrants into cultural transitions through spatial or geographical mobilities. Theoretically, this investigation contributes to the extant literature on time, culture, and gender. In practice, this study can help organizations interested in working with migrant individuals understand the diversity of perceptions and experiences among migrants, enabling them to provide care and services tailored to the specific needs of those migrants.
