Abstract: Behaviour simulation has been used for teaching various concepts. The paper describes a game which can be used to teach the dynamics of inter-group collaboration. It gives details about the game, how to use it in the classroom, how to process the experiences people have while playing the game and what variations can be used. It also discusses several conceptual dimensions of development of collaboration.
