Discrimination Against Female Workers: An Exploratory Note

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to present a brief review of the literature pertaining to the problem of discrimination. It also provides some data on the implementation of Equal Remuneration Act in Gujarat. Finally, an outline of an action research is suggested.
