Working paper, undertaken in the context of the WEP, on the choice of technology and prefabricated building and construction techniques for residential construction in the developing countries - demonstrates the flaws in the rationale for industrialized systems building (prefabrication), outlines the experiences of the developed countries with isb, and includes construction policy recommendations.
