Abstract: Working paper advocating the use of full production capacity as a measure to further employment creation in the course of industrial development in Morocco - based on a 1977-1978 survey of industrial enterprises, discusses the underuse of industrial capital in relation to the need for increased industrial investment and reduced unemployment.
