Abstract:
Working paper on income distribution and fiscal policy in Botswana - describes various kinds of taxation, ie. Income tax, customs and excise taxes, etc., public expenditure (incl. Educational expenditure, and provision of drinking water, health services and agricultural extension), and analyses proposed policy changes regarding the reduction of inequality of income distribution.
