Working paper examining trends relating to labour supply emanating from Black African migrant worker emigration from Southern Africa to South Africa R, with particular reference to the gold mining industry - discusses changes affecting foreign labour demand, legal aspects, wage rates, actual employment by country of origin, etc., and considers implications for internalization of the labour market.
