Abstract: Based on two ILO surveys conducted among manufacturing enterprises covering approximately 144,000 workers in Hungary (the Hungarian Labour Flexibility Survey) and 331,000 workers in Bulgaria (The Bulgarian Labour Flexibility Survey).
