Abstract:
The study examines four aspects of national law and practice concerning the trade union rights of managerial staff: their right to establish and join organizations of their own choosing, including restrictions on the exercise of this right, the right to establish federations and conferederations; collective bargaining; the forms of organization of managerial staff; and finally, the specific legislative provisions respecting the freedom of association of this category of staff.
