Abstract:
Examines experiences with reforms in the postal sector, the need for social dialogue, and role of social partners (incl. UPU and UNI-Postal). Covers modernization, managing change, and impact of growth in electronic communications and banking services on working conditions. Includes the results of a questionnaire survey among the participants on the seminar.
