Normalised and disaggregated gaps in basic workers' rights

Abstract:
Based on a measure of the gap in basic worker's rights between the ideal world, represented by the ILO's core Conventions, and the real world, as reflected in countries' actual situations. Presents a series of tables showing normalized and disaggregated results for adherence to and implementation of the core Conventions in 168 countries from 1985 to 2002.
