Summarises the prevalence of HIV/AIDS worldwide, highlighting the crisis in sub-Saharan Africa, and identifies general best practice in technical cooperation. Describes methods for strengthening capacity to respond to HIV/AIDS and considers how to integrate HIV/AIDS issues across the ILO's activities.
