Abstract:
Examines experiences of social dialogue at the local level in selected European countries. Highlights the importance of local competitive advantage through the establishment of human and social capital, the promotion of local entrepreneurship, fighting social exclusion and other barriers to employment and the promotion of social dialogue between local authorities, social partners and the State.
