ILO Working Papers from International Labour Organization
Abstract:
Reviews the changing family structure and family responsibilities, employment patterns and employment status, and the inter-relationship between work and family and the changes thereof in the Republic of Korea. Looks at the current institutional measures that support work-family balance and the gap that exists between these support measures and the unfulfilled needs of the workers for a family-friendly system.
