Abstract: Provides an overview of the oil and gas industries in Indonesia and of industrial relations in those industries. Highlights the key elements of good industrial relations, one of which is the importance of social dialogue in promoting and nurturing a mutual sense of respect, trust and confidence among the social partners and the government in the oil and gas industries.
