Explains the connections between human rights and the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and examines relevant international instruments and their application in the context of HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care and support to the specific needs and circumstances of the world of work. Provides a detailed look at the ILO Code of Practice on HIV/AIDS and the world of work, and at the human rights it promotes.
