Abstract: The real author wrote this paper under the pseudonym J.-B. Leon Say.An Editor's note about an organization that had an OR expert on staff. The person was not too helpful in solving real problems that came up in projects but was very good to counter expert witnesses in court if the organization was sued about some issue.
