Abstract:
This paper analyses data coming from the integration of various administrative archives together with the sample survey on university graduates' vocational integration (Istat). From this integration a very complex situation has emerged that needs to be analysed and correctly interpreted. Two logistic regression models has been investigated to study the probability of signing an optimal contract in the first years following graduation. The choice of the disciplinary sector is decisive for the achievement of the optimal contract
