Evaluation of the Project Management Team Members by Using the MCDM

Blanka Bazsova

A chapter in Key Issues for Management of Innovative Projects from IntechOpen

Abstract: Modern trends in human resources show the necessity to quantitatively express employees' evaluation and their complex assessment. The competency models are more and more involved in the evaluation process. They can significantly contribute to the objectification of the rewarding system. The evaluation process was introduced to the project team members from one of the high-tech companies. The company's primary focus is on a creation of the web sites and e-commerce. The competency models were tested for various positions, such as a project manager, graphic designer, web developer and tester, with an application of the multi-criteria decision-making methods (MCDMs). Using Saaty's method based on expert evaluation, groups of competencies were evaluated.
