Youth unemployment or NEETS? Reasons and treatment in Europe

Abstract: The phenomenon of youth unemployment is seen as one of the most severe problems in Europe. Not only because it costs a lot for the society, but also because it affects the future of the society. If an increasing part of the new generations begins its adult life with the feeling of being unnecessary and having no chance to integrate into the mainstream society, the future will be burdened with more and more inexperienced and disappointed people with all its consequences to the actual status quo.
