Abstract: It is proposed to put the concept of local economic development (LED) at the basis of the approach to solving the problem of ensuring resilience development of the territory. However, the insufficient theoretical basis of the concept limits its practical application. To determine the data characterizing the process, it is proposed to use the four domains of "Circles of Sustainability" interaction assessment methodology. The data obtained made it possible to prepare a forecast for the possible potential of the region's territorial resilient.
