Management of Lecturers Resource Development at Higher Education

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the development of lecturer resources in the tri dharma of higher education in STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena (STKIP BBG) Banda Aceh. This research is focused on the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation study, then analyzed qualitatively. As for data analysis techniques, descriptive-inductive and reflective models are specifically used in this study. The results of these research programs in the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education are carried out on an ongoing basis so that lecturer resources are maintained. All of them in the management of lecturer resource development rests on the vision of the institution to make universities superior.
