Corporate Training Programs in Russian and Foreign Companies: Impact on Staff and Time Challenges

Abstract: Corporate learning is changing actively now- the global factors force companies to reform and invest in corporate learning systems. The article discusses problems and prospects of this process and describes corporate learning systems condition within Russian market companies.
