Abstract:
Anger is a natural emotion like our other emotions and is present in everyone. However, unlike our other feelings, it is considered negative by society. Often the person gets angry when he encounters a disability. This anger causes some behavior. If a person exhibits behaviors such as aggression, yelling, this is called outward anger. If a person chooses to suppress when he is angry, it is defined as an anger towards inside. Anger control is important in order not to result in negative anger. The person can express himself in a healthy way by controlling his anger. We can experience the feeling of anger in working life as we live in every field of life. In organizations, anger can occur due to unwanted behavior. In this study, the feeling of anger that we encounter in every aspect of our life, especially the feeling of anger we encounter in working life, is examined and anger in organizations is tried to be explained. One of the causes of anger in working life is the violation of psychological contracts and the result of this anger, conterproductive behaviors, and the importance of anger control in work life is emphasized.
